机器在高速运转中，针杆部极易发生渗油现象. 因此， 针轩部采用了强制回油装置，既保证了针杆部的充分润滑，又可有效地防止针杆部的渗油现象。
Oilleakage often easily happens to the needle stems when machines are running at great speed. Therefore a forced oil return device is used at needle stems to lubricate fully them and avoid oilleakage from them.

·按钮式针码调节
按扭式针码调节最适各式晶种生产. 变更针距只需按住按钮边把手轮的调节刻度调整到适合的位置。因此， 可以简单而确切地进行调节。
Button type needle distance adjustment device is suitable for production of multi types.The adjustment scale on the hand wheel is adjusted to a suitable position by pressing the button to change needle distance. Therefore the needle distance can be easily and correctly adjusted.
